The Warden 1.0 Button-Up Long Sleeve Duty Shirt is designed for extended wear, focusing on durability, breathability, and freedom of movement. It is made from a 30% cotton / 67% polyester / 3% elastane weave at 200 gsm, delivering shape retention and resistance to tearing and abrasion with enough stretch for full mobility during patrol, training, and field operations.

With a weight of 550 g (±5%), it has a structured feel while remaining comfortable for all day use. Reinforced stitching is applied in high stress areas to extend service life. The fabric is air permeable and water repellent, helping manage moisture without trapping heat. Integrated mesh ventilation zones at the back and underarms increase airflow during movement. The collar is reinforced with internal interlining (tela) to hold its form over long service, and the back hem is slightly extended to stay tucked during active duty.

Dual side zippers provide quick access to internally carried equipment and allow additional ventilation when needed. The sleeves do not feature adjustable cuffs; instead, sleeve length is managed by integrated sleeve roll-up tabs on the upper arm — the sleeves can be worn full-length or rolled and secured. Shoulder epaulettes are intentionally omitted for a clean profile. Upper arm pockets with hook and loop panels, along with dedicated compartments for pens or eyewear, complete the sleeve system. High-strength duty buttons close the front, and the overall cut allows natural movement through the shoulders and arms without restriction.
