We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us at info@ballisticdefence.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Our products are designed and manufactured in our dedicated production facility in Turkey, using NIJ-compliant materials and processes. Every product undergoes quality inspection before being shipped to our U.S. distribution warehouse in Altamonte Springs, Florida, from which all domestic orders are fulfilled.

Yes. Our ballistic protection products are tested and certified to NIJ Standard-0101.06 (and NIJ 0101.04 where applicable). Certified protection levels include Level II, Level IIIA, Level III, Level III+, and Level IV hard armor plates.
