The Ballistic Defence BD Aegean 1.0 Combat Shirt is a dual-fabric tactical shirt designed to balance comfort, mobility, and durability for extended wear. The body panel is constructed from a cotton/polyester/elastane blend at 215 (±5%) gsm for stretch and support, while the sleeves use a cotton/polyester construction at 210 (±5%) gsm for high abrasion resistance. The combined design keeps high-wear zones tough while keeping high-mobility zones flexible.

The fabric is water repellent, breathable, and quick-drying, helping manage perspiration during movement without trapping heat. Weighing 390 g (±5%), the combat shirt maintains a lightweight feel while holding up to regular use. Reinforced stitching is applied in high stress areas to improve durability over time. The collar is reinforced with internal interlining to hold form over long use and frequent laundering.

The ergonomic cut allows unrestricted movement through the shoulders and arms. Sleeves include upper arm utility pockets with hook and loop closures, patch panels for identification, and small compartments for pens or sunglasses. Integrated elbow pockets allow optional pad inserts when needed. Cuffs feature a zipper and hook and loop adjustment system for fit control.
