- Material: Hybrid construction — Boron Carbide Ceramic strike face with UHMWPE backing for high-energy impact absorption and structural stability.

- Multi-Hit Capability: Tested for single-shot and 3-shot multi-hit performance under NIJ 0101.06 protocol. Each impact dissipates energy through the plate structure; repeated strikes at the exact same point may reduce localized performance.
- Backface Deformation (BFS): Tested below the NIJ 0101.06 maximum allowable limit of 44 mm. A reduced backface signature limits blunt-force trauma transferred to the wearer at the moment of impact.
- Coating: Polyurea-sealed surface delivers spall protection and provides UV, heat, and environmental resistance.
- Post-Impact Service: Plates that have absorbed a recorded hit, sustained a hard drop, or shown surface damage should be inspected by a qualified technician and replaced if structural integrity is compromised — internal damage is not always visible from the outside.
