• Orders ship from our warehouse in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

State restrictions

Body armor purchase and possession laws vary by state. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify applicable laws before placing an order. Ballistic Defence reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders shipping to restricted jurisdictions.

• New York (NY): New York State law prohibits the civilian purchase, sale, or transfer of body armor. Only active law enforcement officers and certain licensed professionals may legally possess body armor in New York. We are unable to ship body armor to New York addresses.
• Connecticut (CT): Connecticut prohibits civilians from purchasing body armor through online or mail-order channels. We are unable to ship body armor to Connecticut addresses.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product immediately and contact us at info@ballisticdefence.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
